Products may include website templates, funnel templates, Launch Capsules, Canva templates, email templates, workbooks, automation or workflow templates, setup guides, courses, educational resources, and other downloadable or digitally delivered materials.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Digital products are delivered electronically. You are responsible for ensuring that the platform, software, account, subscription, device, or third-party service required to use a purchased product is available to you.

Certain templates may be designed specifically for Shopify, GoHighLevel, Systeme.io, Canva, or other software. We cannot guarantee compatibility with unsupported platforms, custom environments, outdated software versions, or third-party changes made after purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all Launch Remedy products, designs, templates, written materials, graphics, systems, frameworks, and original content are owned by or licensed to Launch Remedy. Purchasing a product gives you a limited license to use it and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Some Launch Remedy services may require additional agreements, questionnaires, approvals, assets, deadlines, or client responsibilities. The specific scope, timeline, revisions, deliverables, and payment terms may be outlined separately.

Launch Remedy does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, sales, leads, conversion rates, audience growth, search rankings, or profitability.

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, discontinued features, pricing changes, account restrictions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party services.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. You agree to pay all amounts associated with your order. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Remedy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, website, services, or third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
