AI Can Build the Page, But Can It Map the Customer Journey?
We are firmly in the era where creating a website page is no longer the difficult part.
Give an AI builder a prompt and you can have layouts, copy, sections, buttons, images, and even working code surprisingly quickly.
That changes the way websites are built.
But it does not eliminate the need to decide what should be built.
A page is only one touchpoint
Imagine someone discovers your business through Instagram.
They click a link.
What happens next?
Do they land on your homepage?
A lead magnet?
A service page?
A webinar registration page?
What happens after they submit the form?
Which email do they receive?
What happens if they click but do not buy?
What happens when they purchase?
Where do they get access?
Does your CRM know they became a customer?
This is the customer journey.
And no individual page exists independently from it.
AI is excellent at execution
We use AI because it can dramatically accelerate work.
It can help:
- draft copy
- generate layouts
- write code
- create variations
- organize information
- assist with automation logic
- reduce repetitive production work
Those capabilities are genuinely useful.
But asking AI to “build me a website” is different from giving it a carefully considered system to execute.
A beautiful page can still send visitors nowhere.
Strategy lives between the pages
The most important decisions often happen in the connections.
For example:
Website → Lead Magnet → Email Sequence → Offer → Checkout → Onboarding
Or:
Ad → Registration Page → Webinar → Sales Page → Follow-Up → Purchase
Or:
Service Page → Application → CRM → Appointment → Follow-Up
Each arrow represents a decision.
Someone needs to determine what should happen, when it should happen, and why.
This is why our templates are curated
Launch Remedy templates are not designed as isolated pretty pages.
We think about the role each piece plays within the larger system.
Depending on the collection, that may include:
- website pages
- funnel pages
- checkout and thank-you pages
- email templates
- Canva assets
- course or workbook templates
- automation structure
- setup guidance
You can customize the design.
You can use AI to speed up the process.
But you are not starting from a single blank prompt.
Human judgment still matters
AI can provide options.
Strategy decides which option makes sense.
AI can generate copy.
Positioning determines what the copy needs to communicate.
AI can build a page.
The customer journey determines where that page belongs.
That distinction matters more as AI tools become faster.
Because when everyone can generate more, the advantage shifts toward knowing what deserves to be built in the first place.
